What to expect at your next visit :

  • Guests will be served by appointment only (no walk ins)
  • Employees nor guests will be permitted on the premises if they have COVID-19 symptoms
  • We ask that guests check-in from their car or outside in the courtyard by texting 1(587)333-8545. Please wait until you receive a text back from the front desk saying your stylist is ready to see you
  • Guests will enter the premises and be asked to wait in designated areas that are marked on the floor
  • Guests will be expected to use hand sanitizer located at the front desk
  • Employees and guests will receive a temperature check once they enter the premises
  • The number of guests on the premises will be limited to 50% of normal capacity (1 guest per service provider)
  • The waiting area has been removed and guests are to avoid bringing anyone with them to their appointment
  • Stations will be at least six feet apart
  • Employees and guests will be wearing face protection
  • All masks must be fastened behind the ears and could potentially get color on them during the service (if you do not have/bring your own mask, you may purchase a disposable one for $2)
  • All equipment used by a service provider will be sanitized between each guest
  • Clean/sanitized (or disposable) capes will be provided for each guest
  • Clients must limit the amount of personal belongings brought into the salon (bags, jackets, etc) as they will need to be at the station with you
  • You will be asked to wipe down any electronics, phones, other belongings upon entry
  • You may bring your own reusable beverage container (with a straw is best), as we will not be serving any. You must take it with you when you leave
  • Food and other snacks are not recommended
  • Please discuss any retail items you wish to purchase, with your stylist during the appointment time to speed up the checkout process and have a member of our team grab the item from the shelf.
  • Our payment system has been upgraded for contactless payment (Tap) and no cash will be accepted for the time being

We can all do our part to prevent the spread of illness in our community. You can help by staying home/rescheduling your appointment if you’re feeling sick. Symptoms may appear 2–14 days after exposure and include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. If you are healthy, we look forward to seeing you with your protective face mask!
